It’s like putting the clay back into the earth and then using vegetation to fire it. After this you discover the most amazing almost archaic pots that you really have had no control over; and you can have no expectations about.

As I unearthed them I felt like I was on an archaeological dig. Even the broken ones became precious relics as I patched them with oxidized copper. !
